Administrative staff
YOUR TASKS
- You record and manage personnel and master data.
- You take care of the entries and exits of the staff.
- You draw up employment contracts and prepare references.
- You carry out general administrative activities independently.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have completed commercial training and/or already have experience in the administrative area, knowledge in the area of payroll accounting is an advantage.
- You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and know how to use the relevant programs.
- Your way of working is always structured and you always keep an overview.
- Your strengths include flexibility, resilience and independent work.
- You have very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
