Administrative staff

YOUR TASKS
  • You record and manage personnel and master data.
  • You take care of the entries and exits of the staff.
  • You draw up employment contracts and prepare references.
  • You carry out general administrative activities independently.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have completed commercial training and/or already have experience in the administrative area, knowledge in the area of payroll accounting is an advantage.
  • You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and know how to use the relevant programs.
  • Your way of working is always structured and you always keep an overview.
  • Your strengths include flexibility, resilience and independent work.
  • You have very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
