Bartender/manager (No early shift)
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for the planning, preparation and execution of our hotel bar.
- You regularly create wine, beverage and cocktail menus in consultation with the Moigg family & the restaurant management.
- You welcome our international guests in the bar area.
- You are responsible for the serving and professional preparation of drinks.
- You advise our guests competently regarding the choice of drinks (aperitif, digestif, cocktails, wines).
- You ensure correct storage and careful handling of all drinks and food in the bar area.
- You keep our bar clean and maintain hygiene standards.
- You work closely with our restaurant management incl. service team and the Moigg family.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a completed vocational training in the restaurant business or a comparable degree in the field of hotel business / gastronomy or professional experience in a comparable position.
- You have expertise in beverage knowledge and cocktails.
- You are friendly, natural, have professional manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- You enjoy working with people and are a good communicator.
- Your strengths include organizational skills, independent work, flexibility and resilience.
- You have very good German and English skills.
