Sous Chef
YOUR TASKS
- You are the right hand and the deputy of the Chef de Cuisine.
- You coordinate the individual positions in the kitchen and represent the chef on days off.
- You primarily prepare side dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes, but also fish & meat dishes.
- You create smaller entrees such as starters and pasta dishes.
- You contribute your own ideas and creations.
- You observe the operational standards and hygiene regulations in the entire service area.
- You participate in quality control.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
- Du hast eine freundliche, zuverlässige, service- und gastorientierte & teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und viel Liebe zum Detail.
- Zu deinen Stärken zählen Kreativität, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und/oder Englisch.
