Sous Chef

YOUR TASKS
  • You are the right hand and the deputy of the Chef de Cuisine.
  • You coordinate the individual positions in the kitchen and represent the chef on days off.
  • You primarily prepare side dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes, but also fish & meat dishes.
  • You create smaller entrees such as starters and pasta dishes.
  • You contribute your own ideas and creations.
  • You observe the operational standards and hygiene regulations in the entire service area.
  • You participate in quality control.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Du hast eine freundliche, zuverlässige, service- und gastorientierte & teamfähige Persönlichkeit.
  • Du verfügst über ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und viel Liebe zum Detail.
  • Zu deinen Stärken zählen Kreativität, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und/oder Englisch.
