Trainee hotel and catering assistant
WHAT YOU CAN LEARN WITH US
- As an HGA you are a real all-rounder, because you look after our guests not only at the reception, but also in the service department.
- During your apprenticeship you will be on the road in the entire ElisabethHotel as well as in the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort.
- You will receive comprehensive training from us in the areas of reception & reservations as well as kitchen & service.
- You will look after our guests throughout their stay and provide detailed information about our hotel, our offers and the Zillertal region.
- #You will learn to handle reservation requests and to write offers with our digital booking systems (ReGuest, Elite & Kognitiv).
- You will advise our guests on the phone and handle requests via email.
- You will support our service staff and learn from our Chefs de Rang (beverage knowledge, serving rules, mise en place activities...).
- You will help in the kitchen and learn the secrets of Tyrolean and international gourmet cuisine.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a positive compulsory school leaving certificate.
- You have very good German and good English skills and enjoy working on the PC.
- You show a high interest in the upscale hotel business.
- You are friendly, natural, have professional manners and a well-groomed appearance.
- You enjoy working with our guests and are sociable.
- Your strengths include flexibility, teamwork and independent work.
