Chef de Partie - Gardemanger

YOUR TASKS
  • You are responsible for the preparation and cooking of all types of cold dishes.
  • You master the preparation of cold starters, such as salads, vegetable and meat rolls and terrines etc.
  • You take care of the preparation of vinaigrettes, dips and herb-flavored oils.
  • You are responsible for garnishing dishes with spices, nuts, fruit and vegetables.
  • You are in charge of the front cooking area.
  • You contribute your own ideas and creations.
  • You observe the operational standards and hygiene regulations in the entire service area
  • You will be involved in quality control.
YOUR QUALIFICATION
  • You have completed training and have relevant professional experience as a chef.
  • You have a friendly, reliable, service and guest-oriented and team-oriented personality.
  • You have a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail.
  • Your strengths include creativity, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You speak very good German and/or English.
