Chef de Rang for our house guests

YOUR TASKS
  • You look after our guests in the service areas, at breakfast and dinner.
  • You advise our guests competently regarding menu and beverage selection (aperitif, digestif, wines).
  • You take orders independently and prepare drinks yourself.
  • You serve food and drinks.
  • You ensure a smooth service process at your station and carry out various mise en place activities.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have a completed vocational training in the restaurant business or a comparable degree in the field of hotel business / gastronomy or several years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • You are friendly, natural, have professional manners and a well-groomed appearance.
  • You enjoy working with people.
  • Your strengths include organizational skills, independent work, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
