- During your apprenticeship you will work in our different kitchen areas.
- You will learn traditional and innovative recipes.
- You will learn how to prepare, season, taste, arrange and serve food.
- You will learn how to arrange buffets.
- You'll learn about proper inventory management.
- You will practice adhering to hygiene regulations and using various cooking techniques.
