DIY LAVENDER SACHET WITH SOPHIA MOIGG
"How beautiful it smells!" Sophia enthuses as she harvests the lavender - which she then gently dries for further processing.
A touch of Provence is in the Zillertal air, because it's lavender time at Neuhaus Zillertal Resort and our Sophia Moigg shows you her personal DIY project: lavender sachets. Due to the many different effects of lavender, the sachets are a great idea to keep for yourself or to give as a gift.
Besides the heavenly scent that repels mosquitoes and moths, lavender has other positive side effects: Relaxation, help with inner turmoil, menstrual cramps, acne and more. Reason enough to surround yourself with the scent of the Mediterranean perennial!
Sophia's personal tip: Lavender in the garden or on the balcony
If you don't have much time for gardening, you don't have to do without lavender. Real lavender grows in a flower pot on the balcony or terrace and transforms every home into a summer paradise. Lavender is not very demanding, needs little water and plenty of sun. With the beautiful, fragrant flowers, you not only transform your home into a summer paradise, but also make a contribution to promoting biodiversity.
Have fun making and planting, your Sophia Moigg!
