Breakfast from the marketplace
When you stroll through our sun-flooded market square in the morning, a good mood will arise all by itself. You will find savoury, sweet and healthy food at the many lovingly arranged stations. Most of it even comes from our own farm. Delicious cheese and sausage specialities, bacon from our own production, yoghurt, milk and butter from our dairy cows, fresh fruit and vegetables from the orchard, crunchy vegetables from our farm gardens and, of course, freshly baked bread that fills the market square with an irresistible aroma. Our breakfast as part of our hotel guest catering in Neuhaus is a piece of Zillertal. Every morning, from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Afternoon snack
From the diverse market stalls of our marketplace directly onto your plate – enjoyed in the restaurant by the lake in front of the impressive Alpine panorama: this makes the traditional Austrian cake and pastry classics even better. Every day from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
5-course gourmet menu
Hotel guests have it good at the Neuhaus. With half board, you can enjoy a 4-course menu every evening, which skilfully brings the whole diversity of the Zillertal onto your plate. Here, too, we use mostly ingredients from our own production, such as freshly caught trout from our Stillup-Alm or veal and pork that melts in your mouth. In addition, there are starters, two different soups to choose from every day and crispy fresh salads from the buffet. Choose your favourite dish from three different main courses every day and enjoy fine cheeses and sinfully good dessert variations with it or afterwards. Every now and then we offer buffets where you can put together your own evening menu. Our delicious dinner menu is available for our hotel guests in the Neuhaus daily from 18:30 to 20:30.
