Seppi’s Kids Club is far more than childcare – it’s a place where little guests can play, discover and create with joy. Every afternoon at 4:00 p.m., the next door of the big Advent calendar opens and our cheerful Christmas elf surprises the children with twinkling eyes and happy laughter. Whether it’s the waterslide race in Seppi’s Wasserspaß, the Christmas treasure hunt or a bowling afternoon, this is where true holiday moments of movement and joy come to life.
A special highlight is the visit to the ErlebnisSennerei Zillertal (from week 50), where children learn how fresh Alpine milk turns into delicious products – a charming mix of nature, enjoyment and discovery.
That’s how Advent unfolds at Neuhaus: lively, heartfelt and filled with small wonders – for families who seek more than just a getaway.

Anticipation is the best motivation – and at the Neuhaus, the ski season begins long before the first run. With a versatile activity program for all ages, we bring body and mind into motion.
Whether family fitness, yoga or pilates – shared well-being is at the center of it all. In Seppi’s Landbad, water polo adds a fun and sporty touch, while the excitement for the first day on the slopes grows every day.

In Seppi’s Kinderland, the Advent season turns into a colorful, sparkling wonderland. Glittering lights everywhere, little hands full of stardust – and from laughter, imagination and a pinch of Christmas magic, heartfelt creations take shape.
Whether building a butter-cookie house, crafting a sock gnome or decorating a Christmas cookie plate – each creation tells its own festive story. And when the children make a nativity scene or sparkling salt dough ornaments that shimmer in the candlelight, the joy of anticipation shines brightest.
The wait for Christmas becomes a time of joy, creativity, and togetherness – right in the heart of the Neuhaus Zillertal.

Adults Only: Winter Wellness & Relaxation
For adults, the pre-Christmas season at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort is all about peace, pleasure and pure relaxation.
While the little ones craft, play and explore the magic of Advent in the kids club, adults can retreat to the Himmelspa or Gartenspa for exclusive moments of calm.
Immerse yourself in a world of winter wellness: experience our Christmas sauna infusions with aromatic scents or let yourself be carried away by the meditative “Rauhnächte” ritual – a special highlight to close the year in balance and serenity.
Capture glowing moments at the photo station by the Christmas tree, or enjoy the daily Advent calendar in the lobby – while embracing the stillness and comfort of the spa.

A Sparkling Start to the Advent Season
From 24 to 30 November, Seppi’s Kinderland turns into a festive Christmas workshop! Together with our childcare team, children craft their very own Advent wreath – with fragrant pine branches, sparkling ribbons and plenty of love for detail.
An experience that lights up children’s eyes and fills the whole family with festive anticipation. And for even more holiday spirit, a visit to the Mayrhofen Advent Market is a must – a true highlight for young and old.
St. Nicholas Magic at the Neuhaus – 5 December
On 5 December 2025, St. Nicholas visits the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort, bringing smiles, warm hearts, and the spirit of the season.
Children listen eagerly to his stories and enjoy small surprises, while mulled wine and children’s punch fill the air with cozy aromas.
A particularly atmospheric touch is added by the “Klöpflsingen” – an old Tyrolean tradition that re-enacts the search for shelter by Mary and Joseph.
Local singers go from house to house, spreading songs and blessings – a touching custom that connects families with the deeper meaning of Advent in the Zillertal. A truly magical moment of the season – filled with warmth, tradition and wonder.
Christmas Eve at the Neuhaus – 24 December
Christmas Eve at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort is a celebration full of heartwarming moments for the whole family.
The day begins with a festive Christmas hike with Otto, following the traces of Silent Night, Holy Night through a snow-covered winter landscape.
In the afternoon, the Christmas cinema opens its doors with Elliot the Littlest Reindeer, accompanied by the kids club team.
Later, the children take part in the nativity play at the parish church, reliving the story of the Holy Night.
Meanwhile, creative little hands are busy in the Christmas workshop, and traditional Klöpflsingen fills the afternoon with music and meaning.
As evening falls, everyone gathers for the traditional “Zelten” cutting ceremony, with mulled wine, cookies and punch – a charming highlight for young and old.
The festive gala dinner with a sparkling wine reception and the Christmas Mass in the parish church of Mayrhofen complete this day of togetherness and joy.
That’s how Christmas Eve at the Neuhaus Zillertal Resort becomes an unforgettable celebration – full of tradition, family spirit and the true magic of Christmas.
