Digital Marketing & Sales Manager

YOUR TASKS
  • You are the 1st point of contact for the joint further development & implementation of marketing & PR campaigns as well as public relations.
  • You design & implement social media measures in cooperation with our partners (digital marketing measures).
  • You help organize photo shoots, video shoots, influencer trips.
  • You are jointly responsible for the expansion & maintenance of the website.
  • You work closely with the reservations team and the Moigg family.
  • You are responsible for revenue management with the reservations reception team.
  • You will identify new sales opportunities & develop new offers, packages etc.
  • You develop strategies to maximize revenue & optimize occupancy.
  • You are responsible for calculating rates & availability together with the reservation manager.
  • You maintain, update & analyze the occupancy figures & periods.
  • You support the entry of rates in booking systems as required.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have completed a relevant apprenticeship and already have several years of professional experience in this field.
  • You have excellent specialist knowledge as well as entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness.
  • You have an affinity for the hotel industry & tourism.
  • You have experience with common hotel software & graphics programs or have very good IT skills.
  • You are structured, have good time management skills & are responsible.
  • Your strengths include flexibility, creativity, resilience and the ability to work independently.
  • You strive to develop yourself further.
  • You have a very good command of German and English.
