As a historically grown family business, we always have an eye on the future: we want the generations of tomorrow to be able to experience the natural wealth of the Zillertal Alps High Mountain Nature Park around our Resort Hotel Neuhaus in Mayrhofen as we do today. Diverse, colorful and full of life.

The busy bees.
Since May 2023, we have been offering countless leased bees from Bienenhof Zillertal a new home on our fields in Schwendau and Almen am Penken. In doing so, we are setting another example for environmental protection and against global bee mortality.
We have not only been hoteliers in the Zillertal for generations, but also farmers. That's why we want to help maintain biodiversity in the rear Zillertal through the natural pollination of crops and wild plants. We also support a company in the region and our guests have recently been able to enjoy our own honey.

The bees on our alpine pastures were particularly busy last year. That means for you: From now on, you can enjoy our homemade honey every morning for breakfast or take it home with you.
With a flowery, fruity aroma, our blossom honey is a versatile classic. Particularly tasty as a spread, in tea or as a topping on your porridge. Our natural blossom honey is turned into our creamed honey through gentle, slow stirring. Its creamy-soft consistency makes it particularly popular as a spread.
